Deadmau5 Drops ’Monophobia’ Music Video

An official music video to accompany deadmau5 & Rob Swire’s new collaborative effort, ‘Monophobia’ has been released.

The video is about as surreal as anything we’ve seen from deadmau5 in a while. Shot in a seemingly first-person perspective at what looks like a trippy house party taking place at a digitalised fantasy deadmau5 residence. At just over three minutes, the video is awash with a mishmash of odd characters and objects from dancing pigs and unicorns to a talking tank all of which are adorned by the mau5’ signature headwear.

Directed by Nick DenBoer & Kenny Hotz, the video was first shared on Monday. It follows Friday’s official release of mau5ville: Level 1 which ‘Monophobia’ features on.
